Part of the ACA (Arkadian Colonial Administration) newcomer chain on Planet Arkadia.

Check in with the IFN Guard at the Firebase exit. Exit Firebase and drive south to the bridge. Check 5 watchtowers, then find Lieutenant D'Angelo at the IFN Supply Depot entrance.
