Stel V.I.P. access chain on Next Island. Talk to Gert at Oasis Outlook (walk south, televator down). 3-part mission involving crafting, hunting, and mining. Completing all 3 parts unlocks the Stel building, 80 PED Universal Ammo, 100 clicks of Skyripper Loyalist (L) Blueprint (L), 0.81 PED Perception, and daily missions (Robot Menace, Mutant Boar, Hunt for Armor BPs).

Steps & Objectives

Step 1 Crafting: Island Shirts

Attempt to craft 500 Island Shirts. You only get the blueprint once.

Step 2 Hunting: Island Sharks

Kill 1,000 Island Sharks (only ones named "Island Shark" count). Located west of Ajoite Ridge. Smaller sharks (Young-Mature) are quicker to kill.

• Kill 1000 creatures

Step 3 Mining: NI Ore/Enmatter Claims

Find 50 Mining Claims of Next Island ores/enmatter worth 3 PED or above (size 5). Use a finding amp and look for ores (3 NI ores vs 1 enmatter). AG PVP zone has NI ores.
