This ring adds "Cellular Mayhem" debuff.

A powerful limited version of the Ares ring with the drawback of slowly weakening you. While equipped, increases incoming damage dealt to you by 1% every 120 seconds, this effect stacks. The ring will need to be unequipped to recover from this effect.
