With a large shipment of weapons and blueprints being sent to Calypso, Laganaus Arms was set for a long-overdue relaunch of their heavy weapons on the frontier.

While those plans had to be put on hold following the hijacking and destruction of the Solar-9 transport vessel, some blueprints seem to have been salvaged and used to bring this powerful cannon to the black market.
